Cancellation Policy

We require a 25% deposit on booking placement and understand that things come up but if you can, please provide 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or change your appointment. Failure to provide the required notice, or 'no show' will result in a forfeit of your booking deposit. This must be paid before booking your next appointment. We value your time, and we hope you value ours.

Delivery & Return Policy

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the checkout page and before you place your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for all freight charges for re-deliveries, incorrect delivery details and these are added to the invoice total.

We ship via Australia Post. Delivery typically takes 4-8 business days to arrive in metropolitan areas, and 5-10 business days for rural areas. Delivery time frames are based on orders placed Monday to Friday.

Shipping within Australia is FREE for orders worth $100 or more.
